Streaming 1080p Videos From YouTube

I'm interested in trying to stream 1080p (or higher) videos from YouTube. I have read that this is not possible because YouTube uses DASH which (for resolutions higher than 720p) sends a separate video and audio file which requires muxing on the fly. Is there a way to stream 1080p videos without the audio? Are there add-ons or backdoor ways to stream full 1080p?
