How can I automatically reload the images produced by this webcam? It updates once a second.

I had it working previously where it would play each new frame but I cannot seem to get it to work now.

This webcam seems to not declare itself as a movie, but just as images.

It is just jpg images.
There are similar cams on this site:

They just sequentially load a jpg every second.
Those do play in VLC.
