Huawei: vlc in pause when dark screen or screensaver

Hi, I'm using android 8 on a huawei phone and vlc 3.0.1.1

when I was using older versions of android when I'm listenign music and the screen becomes to black or screensaver appears the music still work, but now music stop, any clue?

thanks, I download VLC from the market and allow me to do, no advices or similar ......

VLC is blocked in background by Huawei.
It's a battery optimization setting.

And please complain to Huawei.
