Usage of callbacks

Postby siddhant0111 » 17 Jul 2018 05:26

I want to know if callback can still be used in vlc scripting.
I want subtitles to be loaded in chunks, that is say,i have 4 srt files and i want them to be displayed using automated callbacks( if its possible)
According to what i know, callbacks can be used only with a key-press but i don't want that, i don't want subtitles to be loaded with a key press, i want them to be loaded automatically. Is there a way?

Or is there any better alternative, to load 4 srts( with no time clash), in a particular video?

Please help.

So far, VLC cannot do that.
