Forum update to 3.2.x

Today I did the big migration from phpBB 3.1.x to 3.2.x. If you see any major issues or slowdown, please complain.

BB code tag [­code] is broken.
It ignores carriage return line feeds and put all of the text in only one line:

Hi,

maybe it's because the default style currently used on the board isn’t up to date with phpBB 3.2.x, see this file: https://forum.videolan.org/styles/video ... /style.cfg (it’s phpBB 3.1.2 compliant) while the phpBB default style is up to date: https://forum.videolan.org/styles/prosilver/style.cfg.

So, you have to use this guide to re-create a new sub-style like yours (videolan-3.1) based on “style_perso_3.2.2.zip” file. Moreover, there is an advanced guide available here: http://forums.phpbb-fr.com/documentatio ... -view.html.

Just for the record: The BB code tag [­code] works now fine again, see the workaround in ticket #20595

But I have found a further issue: It won't be displayed who is quoted, example:

Currently the default style used on this board is based from the 3.1.x branch of phpBB while the branch of phpBB used on this board is 3.2.x, why purpose some workarounds instead of apply this: https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.ph ... 30#p472230?

Because phpBB is so fragile that we try to avoid to touch it.
