I have a problem with VLC under linux (debian9) since switching to version 3.xx

Before I was in version 2.2.7 or 2.2.8 and I had no problem

It's in the vlm-conf section

I just reinstalled my VPS with a debian 9
I also compile VLC with the GIT version https://git.videolan.org/git/vlc/vlc-3.0.git
