HEVC on Xbox One S - Frozen Frame, Non-responsive UI

Have some 4k HEVC content I was trying to play on my Xbox One S and so far it's the only video I've had issue with. The UI goes unresponsive and the picture is frozen on whatever was last played or is black if nothing was last played. I can hear audio in the background so I know the video is playing.

Yeah we have some issues with HEVC, or the Xbox has.

Any chance you could share the file (or the source)?

It's a encoding of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. It plays in the Media Player but subtitles don't work.
