Play ts and ridx file data

Hi,

I have a stupid set top box that records into two format - `ridx` and `ts` for each recording. I'm unable to play the ts file with tsplay:

Reading from ASIANET NEWS-2018-02-12 13-22-20.ts
Connecting to 127.0.0.1 via UDP on port 1234
Writing to 127.0.0.1 via UDP
Input appears to be Program Stream
Treating input as from DVD
Circular buffer size 1024 (+1)
