WIN10 Windows media player play correctly video, VLC Freez

I have a PC with windows 10, if I launch a video in loop with windows media player everything is ok, if I launch the same video on VLC after the first lap it starts to block, to do pixel, Freezing, Stuttering :

video is: MP4 1920x1080 a 50 fps but sam problem with video MP4 1920x1080 a 25fps
VLC 2.2.2

with windows media player no problem.. what's the problem?

Set VLC to use DXVA3 aka D3D11:
Tools -> Preferences -> Video
Output = D3D11

Tools -> Preferences -> Input/Codecs
Hardware accelerated decoding = D3D11 Video Acceleration

Then save, exit and restart VLC.

Otherwise provide somes logs (Tools > Message set verbosity to 2)

ok computer too slow.. but why with media palyer not problem and with VLC from second loop the video freeze ?
