VLC XBox App needs "playback resume"

Please add the ability to "resume playback" of video for the XBox app, which has already been done for the PC VLC version but is not available on the Xbox "media player" app.

There are 2 Windows versions of VLC. One you get from the Microsoft Store, one from videolan.org. Which do you use?
