How to change viewpoint of preview through UVC 360Camera ?

Hello.

I want to change viewpoint of 360 Video in realtime through uvc camera.
Is this possible with libvlc (or, in the first place, VLC 3.0) ?

I can preview 360 camera in realtime with VLC Media Player 3.0 Vetinari through USB,
but it is not stitched, I can't change viewpoint of the preview.

My Environment
・Windows 10
・Omnidiretional camera (UVC)
・VLC 3.0 Vetinari
