App frozen after switching between Apps

Hi, I am stream video from OneDrive. When I switch to another app and return, except the ‘close’ bar on the top, the control UI is not able to react at all. I need to close the video and restart from the beginning

One more: very often, playback starts from a small window on the left lower corner instead of full screen, need to tap it to expand into full screen.

Does this happen with playback from content stored in OneDrive only?

Hi, it is not related to the location of the content. I repeatedly did a few test using handbrake. The problem happens if the video is encoded using H.264/265 but not mpeg-4
