Recording from "MPEG-2" - results in an audio-part-then-video-part .ts file

Postby T-buch » 03 Feb 2018 23:52

I really love the quick "record-what-you-see" feature of VLC (Red Record (capture) Button). It has working well for many years now.

But Now I have some problems with a bunch of old MPEG-2 Video files

The result of hitting the record button is that I got a ".ts-file" with the trimmed part of the video but fist comes the audio-part (no video) afterwards comes the video-part (no audio). And that all-together in one file

Of course, I prefer a result where both the audio track and the video part are connected and are synchronized J

I think there's a buffering issue.
You should try first
Nightly Build of VLC
:!: If you want your problem to be solved :
* First read troubleshooting guide VSG:Main
* Always provide verbose LOGS ! (command line or from gui)
* Always check your issue against a developer build from Nightly Build of VLC
* Tell us when your problem is solved !
