Hi.
I clicked teletext (txt) icon in VLC v2.2.6 but I can't appear txt.
download video -> https://ufile.io/clwhq (click "Slow Download (Free)" button).
NOTE: I appeared txt on "AVerTV 3D" program.
No teletext appeared!???!

Channels "RTP1", "RTP2" and "SIC": no TXT - it's abnormal but "TVI" has txt.

Thank you but I can't appear TXT yet.Works fine in 3.0.0-rc3
-- New issue: in this new version, I get freeze after I change channel (mouse button right -> playback -> program) but until I change frequency (playlist).

Tried to downgrade to VLC v1.1.9 and... I can keep to appear TXT after TV channels changed!!! 
But... text/graphics get little artifacts in textext despite perfect video quality and signal but subtitle (TXT) doesn't get any artifacts.

v2.x.x and v3.0.0r3 - FAIL because I can't appear TXT! I dislike both versions.
v1.1.9 is BEST because I can appear TXT on RTP1, RTP2, SIC and TVI. lol

This is what happens when your Teletext is sent with timestamps LATE BY 6 HOURS
If you want your problem to be solved :* First read troubleshooting guide VSG:Main
* Always provide verbose LOGS ! (command line or from gui)
* Always check your issue against a developer build from Nightly Build of VLC
* Tell us when your problem is solved !

You can appear txt on all portuguese channels (my video)!????? VLC v3.0.0-r3!?? Serious!?!?
PS: I got various phrases missed (= artifacts) on v1.1.9 while I was reading subtitles (TXT)!?!!
