VLC and billing

can anyone tell me, if exits and where I could find a billing (if open source - it's better) solutions which I can integrate in vlc or vls ?

i this about making the user pay when he connects to the stream ? (i don't know of any such feature in VLC ... but i guess that it wouldn't be really hard to add)

yes, I tried to find it in internet, but still nothing
the idea was ot integrate the VLS solution in a hotel, were the guest in his room can "ask" for a movie paying for it directly, or paying at the and of his staying at the hotel.
