Refresh not working after latest update

Postby algrif » 06 Dec 2017 21:20

Android 4.4.4 on tablet. Latest update has some problems, apart from the "three dots delete disappearance" (Not a good change). After deleting some old videos and then adding some new videos in both internal storage and sd card, I find that the refresh option does nothing at all to the library page. I still have the available videos library showing thumbs for all the original loading. Old video thumbs leading to "unable to locate" error - of course. No new video thumbs showing at all. Tried all sorts of ways to force a refresh - short of uninstall and reinstall. If there is no bug fix, I am at a loss with this. Any ideas?

That's not normal. We're working on that.

Its not much help but if you "Clear Data" (I use the link in Preferences/Advanced/Clear media database) then it will refresh. It looses all of your settings but it is probably quicker than a reinstall.
