Windows phone 10 - libvlccore.dll - if_nametoindex

When I try build application with vlc lib for windows phone 10
I get this error:

Error Found: The supported APIs test detected the following errors:
API if_nametoindex in iphlpapi.dll is not supported for this application type. libvlccore.dll calls this API.

Where I can get actual libvlccore.dll for windows phone 10 (arm) ? How I can fix it?

I use VS2015 and get https://github.com/kakone/VLC.MediaElement via NuGet. I create app and Test it on my Lumia 625 and it work without errors. But then I create package and certificated I have error by first post.
