V 2.2.6 need how to make video + audio magic!!!

Hi

I have installed
VLC media player - 2.2.6 Umbrella

I have:
a) Video2.mp4 = good video + bad audio
b) Audio1.mp3 = good audio

I need to create a Video3.mp4 = good video from Video2.mp4 + good audio from Audio1.mp3

May I ask you please how to create Video3.mp4.
Have tried all different combination on VLC, and sadly not being able to produce the desired Video3.mp4 file.
