Add subtitle button for iOS

Postby Jpanhwar » 06 Sep 2017 05:00

Hey there everyone. I'm new to this forum though an old user of vlc players. Kindly add subtitle button to vlc for iPhone users. Sometimes some movies are quite difficult to watch without subtitles. If possible kindly release an update with this added feature. Thanks.

add subtitle button to vlc for iPhone users.
Very useful item indeed since most of the time the audio recording is close to be non-audible.

Why limit this to the iOS ?

VLC on Windows should have a way to set a particular
Closed Captions setting, such as "Closed Captions 1"
as a default setting, which would be activated any time CC1
is present in the file being played.

In addition, /Tools/Customize Interface/ should implement
4 buttons CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4, to allow the user to put their
normal CC selection in an easily accessible button.
