MInimize, Restore, and Maximize buttons are gone.

Hi. Recently a problem has occurred. I am running VLC 2.2.6 on a windows 10 machine and my maximize, restore, and minimize buttons on VLC have vanished. I also can't grab the edges of the app and resize it. I have included a screentshot.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Did you try "Reset preferences and cache files"?
The menu is available form Windows Startup menu, under "VideoLAN".

Yeah, I did that. I brought me to this screen. Are you able to provide step by step instructions. This problem plagues me every time I use VLC and it is a major problem. When I used my Mac there was never a problem minimizing VLC. Now all I get is the big screen, no controls. I have to press TAB and Windows and then I have to close VLC and start over.
