Hi, I'm trying to playback encrypted DCP via VLC. I built "VLC media player 3.0.0-git Vetinari (revision 2.2.0-git-14095-gd15bf6d)" with ASDCP enabled.
I've read the post https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.ph ... dm#p451387 and I can see "--kdm" option to specify kdm file. But I don't know how to find a certificate and generate KDM for VLC player.
Can anyone help me?

The person giving you the DCP are supposed to give you the KDM too.

I cannot make KDM without certificate. So first of all I have to get the certificate of VLC player.The person giving you the DCP are supposed to give you the KDM too.

You, of course, need create your own certificate, specific to YOUR vlc installation. Else, it would make no sense.
Put the private key in your VLC config folder.

I know how to generate rsa private key and certificate. And could you please give me the detail instructions to install certificate and config private key?You, of course, need create your own certificate, specific to YOUR vlc installation. Else, it would make no sense.
