Edit streaming audio link

My audio provider (Hawaii Public Radio)has altered the text of its streaming link slightly. Where do I find that information stored, so I can edit it directly on my Win10 PC? Thanks!

This is what I have to work with: "VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://hpr-ice.streamguys.org/kipo2'. Check the log for details."
I know the url has changed slightly because of recent station changes, but I don't know where in my PC to find and edit it. I also don't know how to open the log. Sorry I'm such a newbie, but VLC seems to perform best for me as a music streamer.

If the URL of the stream has changed then you need to find the new one.
Maybe on the web site of the radio.
