The point is, my c# program was seeking frame by frame. Sliding the slider, it automatically skips each 10 frames, as it seems - intended by the program.

The problem mentioned occurred on a new laptop. On my desktop computer, the same program does not have this issue. Yet my dc is much older than my laptop.
