How to join .mp4 files, but keep order and quility?

Postby pixel_aim » 22 Mar 2017 17:41

Hi there :D

I need to merge / mux / join / append or however you want to call it.. lots of .mp4 files, which are ordered by name in windows file explorer.

The merged should be one .mp4 file, which has the same order as its shown in vlc playlist.

There are some other applications for that task and I have tested 4 of them so for, but they all fail in different ways.

I need some help how to quickly join those files without and so create a one .mp4 file without difference in quility and same order (this is where avidemux fails for me because it reorders the files randomly when its reading my drag'n'drop)

Use ffmpeg for this.
