VLC cookie transmission error?

It seems i am unable to stream some videos from a m3u file. I set the verbosity to 2 and copied the message, here is the pastebin: https://pastebin.com/pEG44JSL
I tried with other players but the result is the same they can't stream the files (.mp4 format). The strange fact is that my smatphone with IPTV application can play the list without problems. Is there a way to stream the files in windows?

No, the cookie is sent but the server is rejecting the request deliberately. Are you sure that you are allowed to access this resource with VLC?

With my android smartphone i have no problems at all (i use IPTV application) and of course i use the same m3u list and the stream never dies. I really don't know why it can't work in windows, maybe it has something to do with https://redirector.googlevideo.com/videoplayback (line 78 of pastebin).
