Can I change the orientation of the video picture?

I've downloaded a video from my cell phone. It plays ok. But it's upside down. Is it possible to turn the image clockwise twice so it is rightside up? I realize this may be a lot more complicated than turning a single photo clockwise. But is it doable? Thanks! Brian

Yes, it can be done.

Start the video then pause it. Open the extended settings window with one of the icons across the bottom. Use Video effects tab, geometry tab, transform.
