Options for IOS app

Hi,

I use VLC to read audio text files.

I don't need to hide command during reading. Is there an option to fit this need ?
I do a lot of pause/read actions, but there is a little jump forward each time. Is there an option to operate a little jump backward when i press read button ?
jump backward do not a precise jump backward (10 seconds for example). It is proportionnal to the file length time. IS it possible to change this ?

If necessary, I could use Mac OS VLC.
