Apple TV Video Playback -- Random Pause

Hey all, I'm loving VLC on apple tv. Apple TV laughingly doesn't provide a solid way to loop video but you guys have done it. So here's the issue that's occurring, I have a video cached and set on loop. The video loops just fine, and it plays just fine. Note, this issue is NOT an issue with the video framerate. It pauses itself at a completely random point inside the video. The video is a 5 hour loop, but the file size wasn't that big. Does this have something to do with it? Even then, a shorter video looping should theoretically still pause itself after being inactive.

It does NOT do this at the same time, it's always at a different time.
The video framerate and etc are just fine
The timeline for scrubbing appears with the Pause button hit when the device has not been touched
The video is set to loop the single file with no other files in the cache


Does anyone know what's going on with it?

Same issue here. Short .mov movie on loop Apple TV goes to screensaver at random. The previous video I've used didn't do that.
