How understand that VLC break streaming

I'm trying use VLC for extract audio from (http m3u8 TV stream) and stream it to some http://IP:Port/audio.mp3. It's working on first PC.
then i'm trying listen it on other PC(second) in local network.
Firstly it's working after sometime it breaking and not restart again.
but if i restart VLC on first PC that is working again.

How i can to undertad that VLC can't working. I use -vvv for see log information. But i dont see any errors when streaming stops.

I need any idea!!!!
