apt mirror is broken

Hello,

to install libdvdcss, I followed the instructions given here:

https://www.videolan.org/developers/libdvdcss.html

But then, after my next apt update:

W: An error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used. GPG error: http://download.videolan.org/pub/debian/stable Release: The following signatures were invalid: 8F0845FE77B16294429A79346BCA5E4DB84288D9

This is probably related to the deprecation of sha1 in apt's signature verification. More info and the steps to correct this are given here:
