VLC Streaming and Recording

In my application, we need to use multiple vlc instances (for re-streaming and recording)... but what happens is, in some times VLC's (Maximum up to 40 )getting closed automatically even
there is no that much system computing (RAM,Processing)

My question ,is there any benchmark for VLC instances or any other issue?
