How Do I Remove the Color Green?

After navigating to Adjustments and Effects, then under the Video Effects tab, then checking the Image Adjust box, I can add or remove red by adjusting the Saturation slider for video, but how do I remove green?

I can add a tiny amount of green by moving the Hue slider all the way to the right, but it cannot remove green or even lessen green.

With the "Saturation" option, you can not add certain colors. You can only increase or decrease the colors in the picture.

Yeah, I was using Saturation of an example of how red can be adjusted, but none of the other options can decrease or remove green. I've been poking around in the Colors tab which is a sub category under the Video Effects tab and can't figure out how to use it.

Does anyone know if that is the way to remove green and how to use those settings. I'm particularly stumped on how to use the section that has for example FF000# and FF0000.

The VLC is not suitable for your project. You should use a video cut program.

What do you mean? Do you mean a program that will change or end up degrading the original file?

Once in a while I come across a file that has too much green and thought that VLC would be able to adjust that the same way red can be adjusted. Is there some reason why that feature is not available?

Yes, that's what I mean. I have not found a way to set the colors with the VLC.

This question can only be answered by the developers of the VLC.
