Xbox One Shuffle Funktion

I just installed the app for the Xbox to listen to music but the Shuffle function doesn't work. I tried it from a USB Stick, copied it to the hard drive but it doesn't want to work.

Am I missing something or is it broken?

Thank you for posting this, i have been waiting for someone else to confirm this.

I have spent hours trying to get the shuffle feature to work for music. I confirmed shuffle to be working on alll other XBOX media apps for the exact same music source, rather it be playlist or folders and tested different sources that were able to shuffle.

I also tested VLC for Android and windows that both successfully shuffled the same music source, but the xbox VLC app will not shuffle. i've seriously spent 3-4 hours testing everything there is.

Can anyone else confirm the shuffle feature IS WORKING on Xbox one for music? thanks!

Yeah, i've spent another 2-3 hours testing this like crazy. it will not work in any situation on the xbox one. I read they were unable to simulate the issue. Maybe we can ask for a video of it successfully being tested, because no one else i know has been able to get it to work with music and VLC on XB1.
