.MP4 encoded file shorter than original movie...

Hi !

I encoded a .MP4 file from a Blu Ray disk with VLC (H.264 + MP3 ; MP4/MOV encapsulation profile), and the file is 10 minutes shorter than the original movie which lasts 2h30min ...

Could anybody tell me how is it possible ?
