Screencapture Color Issue

Hi,

there is a screen capture issue I'm experiencing at the moment, but only with recorded videos. Anything which wasn't recorded works just fine. The problem is within anything which was recorded on the same computer. If the file was recorded on a different computer, screenshots appear normally. If I'm screencapping something which was recorded on the same computer, the color on the images is inverted. The video footage themselves is fine, I am using fraps. It's the screenshots which appear to have it's color inverted. If there is any way to solve the issue, it may be helpful. Thanks.

The problem is far greater than any of you can imagine, as the settings appear to have turned Megaman into a smurf.
