64 bit version?

I'm having trouble playing 4k video with the h.265 codec. Stuttery playback, grey pixellation. I was told to try the 64 bit version of VLC, but I don't see it on the downloads page. Is there really a 64-bit version? Was I given bad advice?

I can playback using MPC-HC (64 bit) no problem, but I much prefer VLC.

fyi my cpu is Intel Core I3-4340 3.6 GHz LGA1150 Processor

Thanks! That's a big improvement. Not perfect. A little stuttery and the video falls apart with fast playback, but at least it kind of plays. All praise be to the coders.

In fact it's indeed hard to find, just for a question of poor ergonomics of the page.
Once you are on the Download page and you see the big orange [Download VLC] button, click on the small arrow on the right of the button and a list of alternative options will be displayed. Select "Installer for 64bit version"
