Embedded VLC player, target=screen, screen-fps

How can I set in VLC web plugin (mozilla) the screen-fps parameter, when capturing the desktop with target="screen://"? VLC media player allows to set it. Web plugin seems to run with screen-fps=1 by default.

I did a workaround by streaming the desktop with VLC media player (set fps to 25) and play the stream in embedded VLC player, but there is a time lag of several seconds. Setting lowest latency helps only little.
