ok, i've read thousands of posts and still don't know how to do this.
after using VLC on windows pc's for many years, i'm trying to move to an Asus tablet, with a secondary sd memory card.
from the good folks on this thread i've learned that i can use the file manager app and find the individual VOB files and click on them and they'll play with VLC just fine, even if these individual VOB files are on the secondary sd card. yes, i'm trying to play a DVD VIDEO_TS folder from inside VLC.
i keep getting the directory-not-found messages, even though i've gone into settings and tried to specify all kinds of potential path names.
i guess i can live with the file-manger workaround, but it would be nice if i could get VLC to play my VIDEO_TS folder directly from inside VLC itself.
has this problem been resolved, and what is the solution?
