VLC Compile Error

I insall libdvbpsi3-0.1.4 is success
But when I install ls have error during compilied.

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ldvbpsi

Well.

Is it really installed ? Are the .so in /usr/lib ?
Have you checked your /etc/ld.so.conf and rerun ldconfig ?
