ActiveX Plugin doesn`t work in the IE to play MJPEG Videos

Hey there,

i have to play MJPEG-Videos in the Internet Explorer 11, so I heard of two Solutions.
First of all, there was Google Chrome Frame Plugin, but this one isn`t available anymore.
Then there is the ActiveX Plugin by downloading the VLC and installing the plugin in my IE.
But then I noticed nothing happened, so the MJPEG-Videos still not playing.

Now my question, does anyone know how to fix this Problem (to get MJPEG-Videos played in the IE by using ActiveX Plugin)
