Cannot get mp3 to autoplay

Hi All,

I have the latest vlc app (2.0.6) loaded and use an Autostart app to launch vlc but cannot get it to autostart an mp3.
I have searched google and here without success. Maybe I worded my searches wrong, not sure.
I cannot even find a vlc config file on the device to see if I can add an autoplay option there.
Any help appreciated.

I don't know your autostart app, but "Total Commander" has no problems to start VLC to play an audio file.
On my android's desktop is a start button that starts TC to download latest news (podcast) and then starts VLC to play this file.

Thanks for reply. I'm using 'Autostart Android' to launch VLC which works but I was expecting a setting in VLC that would launch or resume an mp3. I'll check Total Commander out though.
