"temp-url-delete-after-use" issues!

Postby gate1975mlm » 17 Aug 2016 05:10

Hello,

I am having a strange issue on my iPad running IOS 9.3.4

I use an app called "File Browser" along with VLC mobile. And for some reason when I choose 'Stream to Another App' and then select VLC from with in File Browser app VLC opens and always will play the first video just fine but the very next video I try and play it will not play and just says "temp-url-delete-after-use_2.mp4" with a blank screen. After a little while I can play another video again but never 2 back to back. This only happens when using the 'Stream to Another App' feature in the File Browser app. All my videos play one after the next from with in VLC app just fine. Also all videos I am trying to play are on local network folders,

So I am trying to figure out if the issue is caused by VLC Mobile or the File Browser App?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Sounds like a bug in the File Browser app. There is no way in VLC to produce such an error message.

Ok good news I heard back from the File Browser developers and then already fixed the issue and will be in the next App update :)
