HEVC support into HLS streams

Hello,

I tested this special HLS stream with adaptive bitrate :

Video tracks are encoded with the HEVC H265 codec and it works perfectly well with VLC Media Player 3.0.0 GIT.
But the original Apple Quicktime Player delivered throught iOS and Max OS X operating systems can't do the job as well

This means your VLC team will have nothing to establish.
Because you have a very long arm in advance compared to the Apple company itself

Finally VLC Media Player is the first video player ready to play an HEVC HLS Stream with adaptive bitrate (and I tested many video players before). So it's just amazing !! But I suspect an efficient program architecture and a nice experimented dev team
