adding audio delay?

I was using a video store app before that let me add audio delay, thought it was VLC but cannot find option in latest version. Help?

I'm using a tablet touchscreen and projecting video to big screen, which is out of sync with my direct audio, not projected, so need this option.

Found it! For others, while in playback mode there is icon towards bottom right next to volume which looks like graphic equalizer but is an Options button actually with just a few options, like audio delay. Problem is it won't remember your settings tho and you have to manually set it every time, which is an odd suck, unless I'm missing something... ?
