Audio only network stream timeout issue

I am using VLC on my iPhone 6 to listen to an audio only stream from my ip camera. Problem is when I play the stream it comes up with a countdown timer of about 1min 5sec. If I view the video stream I have no such issues. Any ideas on how to stream indefinitely like I can with the video?

Sounds like a bug with the camera. We can't say anything without further information about the camera used.

Camera being used is a DCS-932L.
