You will notice that sometimes it takes time for the VLC team to answer questions and that is not because we don't care. We really do want happy VLC users. We are all volunteers providing the time we can find to help out and deal with them as we can.
To help out, we would like to encourage everyone to try to answer questions asked by other people in the community, if you are aware of a possible solution or workaround.
Additionally, the more information you can provide in regards to environment, what you have tried and symptoms, make it easier to understand the context of a question and help be closer to a possible answer. Lastly, if you click on the spanner icon at the bottom of your post, you can subscribe to get notification of replies.
