Error when dragging in an alias

When drag-n-drop-ing an mac alias file into the player window (or trying to play an alias from the playlist), VLC shows this error: "Unidentified codec - VLC could not identify the audio or video codec".

Double-clicking or dragging the alias to the dock icon works as expected. Using a symlink also works as expected even when dragged to the player window.

Could a dev look into this, please? It seems like mac aliases are not being resolved properly. This was tested with the latest 3.0 nightly with a new user account (clean setting).
