The first line is seems top be a lighter overlay, the second is a bit heavier, and the last two are very green.
I have confirmed green bars do not appear in 2.2.1 with these videos, but do so with 2.2.2.

H264 - MKV - Mixed - Older video was alright, newer video had additional vertical bar on right side.
