no video, only audio for network stream

Hi,
Using vlc for android 1.7.5
trying to view network stream for the Israeli parliament:
http://212.235.5.241/knessetlive
(putting the path in a browser and then selecting vlc app when prompted)
Only audio works.
How can I get the video to work too?
In vlc for windows video works without a problem

I just signed in for sharing this information with you. I had this problem for a long time and could finally solve it. Unfortunately I cannot remember the online source, where I found the fix...

This solution helped me:
Go to "Settings > Developers Options" and tick the checkbox at "deactivate HW-overlays".

Depending on your ROM, you might have to do some special trick to access "Developer Options" (click the build-nr 10 times, or similar).

This works on my Fairphone 1, Android 4.2.2. on a MT6589 chipset. (VLC for Android 1.3.2 and 1.6.6). I hope it also works for you!
