Video on Video with RTSP streams - is this possible?

Hi There,

I have just started playing with VLM as i have a project where i would like to stream to RTSP streams to a single monitor. I want to introduce a 20 or 30sec delay (used like an action replay).
This problem i have is that i want to display one RTSP stream on the monitor in full screen whilst the second stream will be playing in the top left corner on top of the first stream. There is an example i found here with a dual webcam setup and alphamask (https://wiki.videolan.org/Mosaic/) which is essentially what i want but can't seem to get it working with RTSP streams. Is this possible?
